Warranty

"Balkanvelo" JSC gives a guarantee for the bicycles manufactured by it for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that the defects are factory-made.
The warranty is not valid for shortages, damage by the customer during transport, damage caused by improper storage, as well as for the replacement or repair of the following normal wear and tear parts:
- outer and inner tires, chain, brake pads, worn rims, gear shifter gears, front and rear sprockets.
The warranty for the front and center shock absorber is one year.

The warranty ceases to be valid:
- when non-original parts are installed on the bicycle or repairs are carried out by unauthorized persons;
- when the permissible load of the bicycle is exceeded;
- when the bicycle has an accident;
- in case of damage as a result of an impact, mechanical or chemical impact, incorrect assembly or other similar type of bad faith treatment;
- after selling the bicycle by its original owner to another person;
- as a result of poor maintenance and careless treatment of the bicycle;
- in the absence of the necessary documents: Warranty card and receipt;

The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Art. 33-37 of the Act on the provision of digital content and digital services and on the sale of goods ("ZPCSCUPS"). Regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract acc. the guarantee under Art. 33-37 of the ZPCSCSUPS.

IMPORTANT: "REACTOR" BICYCLES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR SPORTS COMPETITIONS, ACROBATIC PERFORMANCES, JUMPING FROM RAMPS AND OTHER SIMILAR CONDITIONS OF OPERATION IN WHICH THE BICYCLE IS UNACCEPTABLELY OVERLOADED.
ALL THE CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SUCH EXPLOITATION ARE ASSUMED BY THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE WHO PROVIDED IT FOR THESE NEEDS OR USED IT IN THIS WAY.
